Sales Analyst

In Royal Canin, a subsidiary of Mars Incorporated

Location: Niepołomice near Cracow or Warsaw, city centre

* Fully virtual recruitment experience *

This Sales Analyst role has a regional scope and is covering all 6 Royal Canin Central Northern Europe Cluster units: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and is responsible for analysis and reporting of sales results. The role also assists local teams with sales and revenue management process, operating plan and forecasting and support them with relevant data.

What are we looking for?

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience – previous experience in multinational environment, managing cross country or cross functional tasks as a business support or co-pilot is an advantage
·  Successful and confirmed experience in data, reporting and analytics
·  Advanced Excel skills is a must
·  Ability to navigate through technologies and systems – IT literacy
·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and synthesis significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
·  Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and take initiative/ ownership, adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change
·  Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
·  Good organization skills and capable of establishing priorities
·  Comfortable working across cultures and across functions to get results in an international operating environment
·  Fluent in English (written & spoken)

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Report and analyze sales, advertising, promotion and display budget information and explain all main variances versus last period, last year and plan.
·  Harmonize all existing regular reports across Royal Canin Central Northern Europe cluster.
·  Harmonization of different sales reports across markets and responsible to extract the right insights to drive the business accordingly and communicate to sales leaders.
·  Actively participate in business meetings and support local teams in the forecasting process, new product launches, sales and marketing projects, investment initiatives and Promotion Performance Management tool inputs and review.
·  Be the key support for the demand teams for reports or dashboard preparation and managing sales and revenue management files updates.
·  Support local teams with data and decks preparation and ensure same approach across cluster.
·  Sales incentive validation system key user responsibilities: upload information, create the right follow up and check final achievements of Sales Incentive Program in coordination with main stakeholders.
