CONTEXT

Royal Canin has a strong innovation agenda delivering health and nutrition to cats & dogs through 3 business pillars: Veterinarian, Professionnals and specialised pet trade.

To become the reference in Health and Nutrition, Royal Canin has to continue to push boundaries and to keep the  leadership in term of  Innovation and  especially in  product  performance globally for RC and Eukanuba.

 

The Product Performance Monitoring Officer is responsible :

 

·  to guarantee  global monitoring  and tracking  of  Product Performance  to remain  the Market leader in every region and feed continuous improvement process.

 

·  to manage and coordinate  the Product Performance measurements  of the current product  portfolio in all the regions and to communicate the results.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and pilot globally the Monitoring  Plans with RC Regions/Eukanuba team

·  Select  and define with regions the products from Drive territories to monitor 
·  Define the way of operating within the teams
·  Build  the Product Performance  budget and  capabilities resources
·  Partner and  negotiate with Mars R&D  to share capabilities in some specific countries

 

Execute tracking of Product performance

·  Coordinate supply products to monitor Product Performance
·  Plan to ensure Product Performance Monitoring   delivery on time
·  Follow up budget and resources
·  Collect  and  consolidate all data to build  Reports and Dashboards for all regions/ brands

 

Share and communicate Product Performance with the different stakeholders

·  Update Reports and share results with regions/Brands  dashboard  
·  Update, feed and share  Mars Product Performance System  Dashboard
·  Update and share with R&D teams to identify where continuous improvement should be implemented to keep the leadership on product performance

 

PROFILE

Education & Professional Qualification:

·  MSc (Engineer B+5)  and/or DMV
·  Fluent in English

 

Knowledge/Experience:

·  Person has experienced in external Cat & Dog panels (agencies) and/or facilities
·  Knowledge of R&D, Markets/Marketing, Supply chain (Logistics)
·  Comfortable with data management and communication skills 
·  Mini 3 years’ experience
