Key Responsibilities/ 职位描述

1. 负责公司旗下优卡品牌天猫旗舰店和所有玛氏宠物品牌天猫超市的业务运营

2. 负责年度季度月度生意计划的搭建和实施，在给定预算下完成各项关键销售和运营指标

3. 负责监督与解读关键运营及推广指标及数据，带领运营，推广，设计团队进行产品线，页面，活动和推广的策略制定，落实和不断优化

4. 与天猫行业与猫超类目小二对接，卖进品牌生意计划，推进执行落地

5. 管理与激励第三方服务团队店铺运营，确保与公司市场部门紧密合作，推动公司新品和大型活动的整合落地与实施,收集竞争店铺及竞争品牌的资讯并及时调整优化店铺策略

 

Qualifications/ 任职条件

1. 有天猫旗舰店和天猫超市的运营经验

2. 较强的销售技巧

3. 逻辑思考和数据分析能力

4. 工作责任心，热情及抗压能力

5. 宠物主人优先
