Job Responsibilities:

Align and achieve yearly Joint biz plan via solid Head office management

Deliver quality routing management at head office including new product speed-to-shelves, national wide normal shelf and second display plan, promotion, pricing, inventory, etc.

Base on deep understanding and insight for the market and customer, lead customize interactive via cross functional collaboration.

Improve customer engagement; including Top-2-top meeting /DC project /Category/Captaincy, etc.

Improve the routing working efficiency of planning /communication /organization including area KPI achievement tracking / store Act tracking /DSO achievement and order fill rate.

Engage the FLA and stockholders to ensure excellent execution at national wide, advertising, promotion and tailor made  merchandising activities in relation to the key accounts

Develop and manage the planning, communication and reporting system to monitor team daily job on progress (e.g. achievement of targets in sales, receivables, inventory levels, expenses and other sales promotion activities…)

 

 

Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:

1.     Result orientation

2.     Over 3 years of key account or modern trade management experience

3.     Skillful in communication, negotiation, influence, and people management

4.     Analytical and planning ability and Key accounts relation / network is preferred

5.     Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
