Job Purpose/Overview

·  This position manages day to day supply chain outbound Order to Cash process and support MARS JAPAN’s ERP System (ATLAS - SAP) from a business perspective. Under Japan's complicated distribution system, he or she fosters power users of ATLAS and work with with Mars Global Services Digital Technology (MGS DT) Division as an expert from business side.
·  This position manages Supply Chain Planning System (APOLLO) and plays a critical role to maintain our high customer service level with strong collaboration with all parties involved and enable lean, efficient, and agile supply chain.
·  This position also drives end to end supply chain operation by the business and operational process improvements. This process and operational process improvements requires close working relationship with all supply chain functions, sales operations, and other related functions. Accelerating the digitalization of our process also need to incorporated with this business and operational process improvements.
·  This position also plays the key role in supporting team engagement for the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing supply chain outbound operation

·  Responsible for solving issues and improving supply chain outbound process related to ATLAS (SAP). In case of trouble on ATLAS, lead the trouble shooting as a representative of business user, cooperating with COE (ATLAS support team) in MGS DT, BAI (EDI support team) .
·  Conduct regression test as a representative of MJ user, when ATLAS upgrade occurs.
·  Responsible for the customer service level (Target > 99.0%) to our customers by effective ATLAS operation.
·  Support the efficient use of business intelligence applications such as APOLLO, Click View, BW, and ATLAS.

Drive business and operational process improvements

·  Responsible for driving end to end supply chain business and operational process improvements.

Support team engagement:

·  Lead and Drive customer centricity with other team members, contribute team engagement activities / discussion.
·  Lead x-functional customer collaboration projects.

Drive X-Functional Collaborations:

·  Play as a supply chain representative to x-functional projects.
·  Drives x-functional, x-culture, and x-unit collaborations at the working level.

Context and Scope

The position work around day-to-day issues related to ATLAS with minimum support from the line manager. He or she also needs to provide input to senior leaders so that they can make right decisions to deliver to optimize order to cash process. He or she implements an effective KPIs periodically and share the information to key stakeholders.

In addition, this position is expected to drive a step change to current end to end supply chain process to adopt to rapid changing environment in the most efficient and effective way. Through the various supply chain related fact based/financial analysis, this position proposes our future end-to-end supply chain state and drive for continuous improvements.

As a senior individual contributor, this position supports line manager for team engagement and talent development. This position is expected to play a role model of Mars culture and philosophy.
