Vacante: Tecnico de Mantenimiento Sr.

Ubicacion: Montemorelos Nuevo León

Horario: Oficina (Lunes a Viernes) / Disponibilidad fines de semana.

Responsabilidades Clave

1.- Revisa diariamente con el planeador / programador la asignación de trabajos para el turno.

2.- Coordina con su personal la revisión y asignación de trabajos (turnos normales, intervenciones planeadas o mantenimientos preventivos).

3.- Asegura el cumplimiento del programa diario de trabajo.

4.- Cumple con las órdenes de trabajo solicitadas como urgencia por el área de operación.

5.- Asegura la calidad el trabajo realizado por su equipo de trabajo.

6.- Entrena y desarrolla a su personal para asegurar la calidad de los trabajos mediante la administración de la matriz de capacitación.

8.- Reporta la utilización del tiempo del personal a su cargo, de acuerdo a las órdenes de trabajo a las que fueron asignados (reporte de turno).

9.- Reporta al programador los detalles adicionales detectados durante la ejecución de los trabajos con OT (resultantes de intervención)

10.- Entrega al abastecedor de materiales y refacciones las partes no utilizadas y las partes que fueron reemplazadas para que determine su destino.

11.- Asegura que se prueben los equipos conforme los trabajos en éstos vayan quedando terminados y hace la entrega oficial.

12.- Participa en la implementación de proyectos nuevos en su área de responsabilidad.

13.- Coordina las mejoras resultantes de análisis de fallas, problemas de calidad o seguridad en conjunto con el ingeniero de mantenimiento.

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Instrumentación .

Experiencia profesional: En áreas de mantenimiento como supervisor, técnico de mtto.
