REQUISITES:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related field. Recently graduated.
KPIS Basic understanding
High Analytical capacity
High Communication skills. Required
Advanced Conversacional English. Required.
Availability to rotate shifts

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Control and administration of the line process in charge
Maintain effective departmental quality procedures and that standard operating procedures are followed
Build effective relationships and reinforce a team work enviroment among all associates who work on the production lines and your direct reports.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of production metrics.
Maintain the reliability of inventories of raw material, packaging material and finished product.
