Your Mission:

Following the maternity leave of the Digital Marketing Manager of the Global project Royal Canin Individualis, and the heavy agenda expected to deliver the Development and Deploy at scale roadmaps of the project team, a restructuring to cover the tasks of this position is needed. For this reason, the need to count with the timely support of a trainee to perform critical identified tasks is sought from January to June 2021. The Digital Marketing Officer trainee will be attached to the business owner of Royal Canin Individualis, and will be followed by the Brand Manager of Individualization of the Global Veterinary pillar. He/she will work closely with the rest of the project core project team, and will be key to ensure the internationalization of the solution in the targeted countries of Europe while supporting the current pilots of France, Germany and Japan within a defined scope.

Your daily routine :

As Digital Marketing Officer trainee, your main mission will be to ensure the continuity of proper development and deployment by performing the selected key tasks:

ACTIVATION CAMPAIGN :

·  Support in defining online activation campaign tasks for Royal Canin Individualis Develop, activate and follow up such campaigns
·  Support in the definition of the promotion strategy and its implementation Measure & analyze the conversion results / set improvements

CRM / AUTOMATION :

·  Identify consumer segmentation and structure of the database to produce individualized content accordingly, and address to each consumer cluster
·  Support in building loyalty program actions and other retention strategies

UX/UI AND CONSUMER SATISFACTION :

·  Support in following backlog implementation to ensure the best brand experience through the platform improving UX/UI
·  Support in improving the platform look & feel according to the graphical identity created as the branding assets evolve
·  Support in tracking satisfaction (survey / NPS …) & turn learnings into recommendations

DEPLOYMENT TOOLS :

·  Ensure the deployment toolkit and targeted communication of the playbook is shared and used by markets
·  Track any update needs of the content of the playbook and deployment toolkit
·  Support the Global Individualization Brand manager in the compliance of the branding guidelines in the e-marketing tools as deployed or produced by markets

Your profile :

Minimum 3rd year of business school or finishing specialized master or equivalent digital education

The successful candidate will be someone who has the learning agility to integrate a rapidly evolving project and embrace its core solution (digital platform, manage content and address client and customer needs).

You possess a great team attitude and and excellent written and oral communication skills, and are not afraid to work under a fast-paced international environment working on an agile mode.

Counting with similar previous missions is highly appreciated Fluent English & French highly appreciated
