National Traditional Trade Manager (Based in São Paulo, capital) // Gerente Nacional de Vendas - Canal Indireto

Establish and drive the sales and distribution strategy based on channel priorities through negotiation of sales plan with our clients to leverage the market penetration.

What are we looking for?

·  Bachelor or Master Degree.
·  Experience in creation and development of business plan for medium and long-term.
·  Experienced line manager.
·  Solid experience in indirect channel.
·  Knowledge of the category and understanding the different channels of sale.
·  English proficiency.

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Lead a management team creating and promoting the engagement, development and the 5 Principles to ensure developed leaders in the future.
·  Establish the medium and long-term targets to ensure the sustainable growth of the business.
·  Create the distribution strategy with multifunctional teams and the channel to leverage the presence in the point of sale and the category growth.
·  Manage the budget for the channel considering the impact of own decision about P&L to ensure the ROI.
·  Promote the relationship with the important clients in the channel through negotiation, which consolidate commercial relations in the long-term.
