A day in the life of an Associate

Within the Royal Canin Benelux cluster we are looking for a Financial Operations Clerk. This associate will be based in Veghel and will report to the Financial Controller Benelux.

As Financial Operations Clerk you will work within the accounts payable department. First replacing associate on maternity leave and focused on Dutch suppliers and as off mid-year replacing the current accounts payable clerk focused on Belgium and Luxemburg (Belux).

The associate can expect a great learning opportunity within a changing environment. Due to the implementation of our new ERP system (1NAVison) at the beginning of 2020 and the change of responsibilities (AP NL, AP Belux, Intercompany) the associate has the opportunity to quickly learn and develop within a wide range of activities within Accounts Payable. This all within a secure learning environment with greatly experienced direct colleagues.

·  Responsible for a stable and efficient vendor invoices processing process
·  First point of contact for suppliers
·  Responsible for the intercompany process within the cluster
·  Guardian of good governance within the procure to pay process
·  Responsible for the Purchase Order process, including connecting with responsible associates and train new associates

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a true team player with attention to details, high learning agility and ambitions to develop. Bachelor degree in a finance related study and maximum 2 years of work experience. English and Dutch speaking. French is a plus but not a requirement.
