Finance Market Co-Pilot

CDI - Orléans

The Finance Market Co-pilot is responsible for improving the P&L shape of Mars Food France market business by providing insights and recommendations to Food France team.
They are the leader of ad hoc workstreams related to MAC improvement and the financial contact to all SRM pillars.
They are accountable for providing the accurate financial data, reportings, analysis and insights while managing short, medium and long term financial processes for Food France.

They are directly reporting to the CFO of Food France with a day-to-day collaboration.

What are we looking for?

Master in Finance or Business Economics
Profound knowledge of Business English in writing and speaking

Minimum 4 years prior working experience
Solid Financial background and understanding of Financial Shape drivers
Previous experience in Finance Co-Piloting is preferred

What would be your key responsibilities?

As a co-pilot role, the missions of this job are to :

·  Analyse our market performances, mainly on corporate & market P&L
·  Guarantee the right information through tailored reportings
·  Is the financial voice of the S&OP cycle in the PMR, DMR, IR (local and europe)
·  Build the plan & replan P&L in the respect of the financial shaping mindset
·  Support the CFO in co-piloting the delivery of our main P&L plan targets
·  Is the financial support in PPM (new products P&L)
·  Lead/participate to any value creation projects
