Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• ·  带领和推动团队执行公司策略和客户促销活动，按公司完美门店的执行标准推动公司产品在店内更好的呈现和销售
• ·  管理团队，使用工具推动团队提升执行力，通过协同拜访，分享，自发性内部技能培训和沟通个人发展等方式推动团队个人技能和职业发展

 

Qualifications/ 任职条件

·  服务快销行业现代渠道3年以上工作经验
• ·  高质量执行能力，具备2年以上团队管理经验和下属辅导能力
·  要求较强的数据分析和业务谈判能力，熟练使用office 软件
