Key Responsibilities/职位描述

Conduct supplier audit distributed by regional SQ, follow up supplier CAPA, include on site verification

Shadow audit with GQA auditor, helping to smooth supplier’s and EM`s understanding about audit findings, follow up supplier CAPA;

Visit & Inspect suppliers/EM according to annual plan, help supplier/EM to make continuous improvement

Lead resolve ingredient/FG quality issue in factory, issue ingredient usage guideline. Follow up the handling of ingredient and packing material; Communicate with the supplier/EM to solve ingredient quality issues

Supplier COA compliance rate improvement. Push supplier to make full compliance to updated Wrigley raw material specification and related regular requirement

Supplier license, quality certificate and 3rd part test report collection, inspection and updating; Issue certificate of components for import ingredients in Guangzhou factory

Supplier documents collection for factory trial preparation

Support factory raw material food safety analysis, include raw material description and food safety analysis; involve MRA process for factory input.

Responsible for new material inbound verification program and report review.

At the direction of the QA Manager, seeks temporary deviation from standards (TDS) when materials falls out of specification

 

Qualifications/任职条件

University graduate, major in food/chemical science and technology

Over 3 years relevant experiences, with over 1 year from sizable multinational companies, preferable packaging engineering, printing engineering or material engineering.

Familiar with GMP, HACCP and other QA tools. (such as ISO9001, FSSC22000/HACCP, GMP/GHP and Sanitization design)

Project management skill is required (New product trail run management)
