Qualifications :

Job Summary

Ensure the integrity of the hotel facilities, including the operation, maintenance and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, fire and personal safety, building safety conditions and fixed assets. Ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.

工作職責

帶領工程技工完成酒店各項設備當中包括電、水、木藝、設備及油漆等的即時、定時性、預期之維修，安裝及維護，以確保酒店的正常運行

Job Requirement

- Have relevant professional qualifications.

- Good verbal and written communication skills (Cantonese/Mandarin/English) and management skills.

- At least 3 years relevant work experience and with international hotel chains is preferred.

- Thorough knowledge of hotel operations relating to Safety and Security, good leadership skills and training conducting skills.
