Job description

Key tasks

- Ensure proper maintenance of all dish washing machines and kitchen equipment.

- Follow sanitary procedures that have been established by the management.

- Responsible for assigning daily employee work loads.

- Oversee overnight cleanliness of all kitchens,

- Set up and breakdown all buffet counters at assigned time.

- Responsible for the cleanliness of chinaware, glassware and hollow-ware.

- Train employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual.
