Job Summary

Guests of Marriott International deserve the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail with every aspect of their stay and Night auditors play a vital role in providing this. We now have an opportunity for a dedicated individual to join the team!

This four star hotel has a focus on luxury and relaxation and provides staff with extensive, ongoing training and development. Marriott International is the worlds' largest hotel company and provides associates with exciting long term career opportunities.

What you'll need…

·
The ability to work between the hours of 11pm and 7am, including weekends

·
Previous experience working within a similar environment with a Front desk system

·
Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing and reading)

·
The ability to follow procedures and maintain paperwork, particularly in regard to cash/banking and key responsibility

·
Able to work alone and within a team

·
Confidence in fulfilling a customer facing role, dealing with guest requests, requirements and complaints in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.

·
To undertake company training in regard to health, safety and hotel fire procedures
