Qualifications :

Principal Accountabilities

· To recruit new golf/leisure members & retain current members through a targeted sales and marketing plan.

· To follow the company's financial policies especially the cash handling policy

· To ensure reports are completed in a timely manner on a monthly basis.

· Understand your local market place including: competitor Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

· Use the membership sales plan to ensure new membership sales, membership category and income revenue targets are met…

· To fully understand and adhere to the relevant sales system and procedures (currently 1-31/concept)

· To ensure that the membership function is fully resourced at the appropriate times, to cover tours and all enquires.

· To ensure all enquires are recorded and figures reported to Supervisor/Golf manager weekly.

· To fully utilize the membership prospects database ensuring that the data is always accurate, integrity is maintained and prospect generation is maximized available .

· Ensure adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.

· To provide correct information to prospective and current members regarding facilities, programmes, procedures and prices.

· To generate awareness of the club within the local catchment area, involvement in a monthly sales activity within the membership team.
