JOB SUMMARY

To ensure those needs are met and exceeded for all Guests using the Club Lounge and to be proactive in ensuring every Guest is satisfied. To be proactive with the operational hotel systems and the Marriott Rewards programme to ensure that repeat Guests special requirements are met, acknowledged and exceeded. To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all areas and maintain Marriott's high standard of hospitality at all times.
