Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of assigned kitchen.

Ensure food quality and production standard practices are well maintained.

Implement Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.

Responsible in managing the staff roster, performance evaluation and facilities.
