Qualifications :

Role Descriptions

Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and storage of operating equipment and utensils in hotel venues according to W's standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Assist Stewarding Manager to ensure the maintenance of all machinery control; monitor and control breakages, inventory and chemicals. Coordinate, supervise, provide training & support to stewarding team.

協助管事部經理維修及保養廚房儀器設備並協調餐飲部各部門並及時提供所需的設備器皿。根據標準守則提供員工所需的工作培訓及安排員工的每日工作崗位及監督其出席率。

Job Requirements

Experience - A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in related industry, previous experience in the luxury/ international hotel is preferred

Education – DSE or diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, basic English & Mandarin
