Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Northwood Hospitality. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

The Bistro Attendant will cook, prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and dinner food items and drinks. This includes specialty Starbucks drinks and alcoholic beverages. This is a full time position requiring flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.

Prepares and cooks a variety of breakfast and dinner items following established recipes. Also cooks to order as requested by guests.

Prepares ingredients for cooking, including portioning, mixing, and chopping. Prepares cocktails and serves a variety of wines as well as craft, imported and domestic beers. Obtain guest's orders, operates POS and collects and processes payments. Busses tables and performs general cleaning of the dining room, kitchen and service/prep areas.
