Qualifications :

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our wonderful team in Banquets.

Our Supervisors excel at:

·  Motivating and inspiring the team of associates to provide great service and exceed customer expectations.
·  Ensuring the team are performing their very best each and every day.
·  Monitoring Events and communicating with the Kitchen team accordingly.
·  Resolving any customer issues or complaints
·  Planning and organizing the roster.
·  Communicating changes to the rosters based on demand.
·  Assisting with recruitment, training,
·  Role modeling desired behaviors and getting your hands 'dirty'.

If you have 2+ years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a busy Banquets environment, preferably in a hotel environment, we want to hear from you!
