Qualifications :

Work within all Food & Beverage areas; Hotel Bars, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference & Banqueting areas

To ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service, to ensure excellent
levels of customer satisfaction.

· 
To ensure that all personnel procedures and company standards are adhered to at all times.

· 
To contribute to any training you are involved in.

· 
To continually identify training needs in order to achieve GSS targets.

· 
To attend monthly departmental meetings.

· 
To communicate with all F&B personnel about any relevant information such as customer comments.

· 
To ensure that the Food & Beverage areas are clean and hygienic at all times.

· 
To sign in and out using the company time management system

· 
To ensure all services and products offered are consistent and of good quality.

· 
To be aware and implement all hotel/brand standards on a daily basis.

· 
Prepare and re-stock the waiter stations per the SOPs.

· 
To act as a customer liaison, handling requests and complaints.

· 
Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.

· 
To adhere to hotel uniform standards and maintain excellent personal hygiene

· 
Display good communication skills

· 
To work as a team player within the department.

· 
To adhere to all Food, Hygiene and liquor controls and legislation

· 
To record all breakages

· 
To report any shortages of any item which would detrimentally affect service standards

· 
To guard against wastage

· 

· 
Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.

· 
Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops).

· 
Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

· 
Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.

· 
Transport bank to/from assigned workstation, following security procedures.

·  Work flexibly to include working at different times of day, including weekends for no less than 40 working hours per week with motivation and commitment.

·  Flexible & trained to work in Hotel Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and Conference & Banqueting

·  Kronos, Micros, or any other systems access cards/passwords must not be left unattended under any circumstances, not shared with anyone, and must be stored appropriately whilst off duty.

· 
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

·  Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.

· 
Maintain social distancing throughout the hotel, as per the guidelines from the government, wherever possible from colleagues and guests (distancing regulations will be in accordance with any government guidance).

· 
Wear all provided PPE instructed.

· 
Wash hands frequently or after each task following proper handwashing techniques. Sanitise hands on a regular basis during shifts
