· Creates experiences inside and outside the hotel for guests in order to improve guest satisfaction
· Creates little delights in collaboration with department's heads.
· Communicates the various discoveries to the team
· Organizes the arrivals of guests through several communication tools as mailing, social media or Marriott mobile.
· Assist the team in the organization of “Discovery Hour” and “R-Life Events”
· Assist in styling of rooms and public areas
