What are my responsibilities?
As Commis de Cuisine you will be part of the Kitchen team. You…
·  Will be responsible for preparing high quality food and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.
·  Prepare menu items according to the standards.
·  Follow recipes and minimize waste to help ensure that the restaurant's food cost is in line with budget.
·  Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients and prepare and cook food.
·  Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Set-up and break down work station.

We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine with passion for food and who brings personal style to every experience. You are always looking to explore the places one wouldn't find in a travel guide. To be eligible for this position you…
·  Live Life to Discover.
·  Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.
·  Are available to work in different shifts and weekends.
·  Do have previous hotel, restaurant and kitchen experience for example as Leerling Kok.
·  Do have a passion for hospitality.
