Desired profile

Job Description:
·  To assist in day to day food production needs of the Pastry Kitchen
·  To follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures

Requirements:

·  Form 5 or above
·  Fair spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
·  Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
·  Candidates with more experience will be considered as Demi Chef - Pastry
