CITRIQUE - Captain

Located within the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Citrique welcomes you with fresh seafood and an airy atmosphere. Our buffet restaurant has quickly become one of the Gold Coast's most talked about dining destinations, and an absolute must for visitors to the area.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Captain to join our wonderful team in Citrique.

Our Restaurant Captains excel at :

Delighting our guests, and exceeding expectations

Taking responsibility for upholding service standards

Communicating service needs to chefs and stewards.

Leading and motivating a large team to provide amazing service

Putting people first

If you also excel at these things and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a bar or lounge, we want to hear from you. If you can speak a language in addition to English, it would be considered beneficial.

Working rights in Australia is required for these positions (Student visas considered, however no 6 month visas will be considered).
