Job Summary

- Handling group & catering opportunities for properties.
- Contracting and closing group & catering opportunities, and ensure that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery.
- Achieving catering revenue goals by actively up‐selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
- Implements the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Requirements

·  - Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage
· 
- With minimum 1-2 year experience in hotel industry

· 
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent and able to work under pressure

· 
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

· 
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
