Job Description
We are looking for a Beverage & Food Attendant who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation. The ideal candidate represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our ‘talent' are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Responsibilities
The B&F Attendant is responsible for the daily outlet operations in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, ensuring that the highest level of B&F service is maintained.
You are responsible for welcoming, helping and caring for guests. It is your role to look after all of their food and drinks orders as well as to answer any questions they might have regarding the hotel's offerings . Further to this it is your job to advise and introduce new experiences to the guests such as recommending B&F products they have never had before. Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

An important aspect of the role is to ensure you build a good relationship with the guests. It is key for the guests of W Amsterdam to feel relaxed and comfortable in the knowledge that you are their B&F Attendant throughout their stay; knowing you will ensure they have no delays, confusion or dissatisfaction with their orders.

To fulfil the role you need to ensure you have good organizational skills, enthusiasm and a great smile!

Requirements

·  Secondary vocational education MBO
·  Minimum of 1 year experience in the same or similar role
·  Fluency in English and preferably in Dutch
·  Experience in the luxury hospitality segment is a plus
·  Legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands
