Qualifications :

JOB SUMMARY

·  Possess the ability to conceptualize and bring ideas to life digitally
·  Responsible for content/asset development for all digital media such as ballroom digital wall, digital boards, digital banners, digital signage and In-room television messaging
·  Support and work closely with various events, marketing and promotions teams to complete projects and tasks as well as daily work related assignments
·  Ability to manage deadlines and deliver tasks on time
·  Liaise with relevant suppliers where necessary
·  Oversee all in-house design projects from conception to delivery
·  Ability to interact and engage with corporate and social event planners to understand their requirements and deliver content by:
·  Obtaining a design brief from clients to record their requirements and needs
·  Scheduling project implementation
·  Working with a wide range of multimedia tools and graphic design software
·  Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
·  Developing draft work and presenting ideas to clients
·  Amending final designs based on client feedback and suggestions before obtaining their final approval

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·  Possess a Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
·  At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
·  Proficient in use of related multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut etc
·  Highly motivated and driven
