This role sits within our Space Range and Display function and is key for producing and maintaining accurate, commercial floor plans that reflect our business strategy and which deliver our space and planning principles within the agreed timescales. You will be responsible for planning around 60 stores to make sure the product departments are laid out logically for the customer while at the same time being on the correct space and adhering to our planning principles. You will also be the key point of contact for your Heads of Regions and Stores.

What the role will involve

·  Plan display group level floor plans for store extensions and refits that meet the business blueprint, principles and rules as well as the recommended space where physically achievable
·  Plan and maintain floor plans for your stores for all changes to space (e.g. range changes, strategic changes, seasonal and promotional changes) to the agreed Critical Path
·  Review store requests to change space and conduct analysis to support a recommendation on whether to allow the change - escalate for approval to the appropriate member of the Space Range & Display team as required
·  Update floor plans for any approved store requests for space change
·  Provide information on space and layouts as required by the business
·  Drive implementation via regular communications and engagement of their stores and Regional management
·  Visit their stores regularly to review implementation of floor plans, displays and ranges to gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities
·  Accountable for running appropriate system checks to ensure right first time floorplans

The successful candidate

·  Will have excellent Stakeholder management
·  Be able to project mange and able to work with a Critical Path
·  Have in depth knowledge of Floor Planning Principles and Rules
·  Good data analysis and problem solving
·  Good presentation skills
·  Detailed knowledge of the Space Range & Display processes and critical paths

·  Microsoft Office programs
