About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Department Supervisor(Section Coordinator) to join our team in the Abbey Centre store. You will be joining a fast paced and busy environment; as a section coordinator you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive sales as well as maintaining a safe working environment for your colleagues. We are looking for someone who is passionate about selling, service and creating magic!

The main duties include:

·  Creating an exceptional customer experience by putting the customer at heart of everything you do
·  Driving the selling revolution through commercial knowledge and colleague engagement.
·  Delivering excellent standards of presentation and availability across the store.
·  Communicating store priorities to colleagues
·  Coordinating and maintaining a safe working environment
·  Leading a team by driving productivity across the store and ensuring the SOPs are being adhered too.
·  Improving knowledge and skills of the team through coaching and feedback
·  Coordinating resource to ensure great service at all times
·  Delivering all promotions, launches, moves etc on time and in accordance with business policies
·  Delivering high standards and understanding of due diligence
·  Supporting section managers to create a great environment for staff to work in

Technical skills/business skills required

·  High performing reward level A
·  Flexibility of hours and days to include Early and Late shifts and including Sundays.
·  Take ownership of your own development
·  Passion for working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
·  Eager and willing to learn
·  Ability to lead a team and engage with / communicate to customer assistants
·  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
·  Ability to work closely with store management team to deliver expectations
·  Commercial knowledge and ability to plan and deliver launches.
·  Maintaining staffing levels to support a positive customer experience.
