Missions:
 Manitou Group is deploying a new ERP across the world, and so the Global IT dept at our HQ is looking for a VIE to accompany Manitou Portugal and other countries (Benelux, Germany or UK) on the deployment of our Core Model.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the local users in the use of the new ERP deployed at Manitou Portugal
Identify, describe and follow the problems-list (Manitou Portugal)
Provide training to local users when necessary  (Manitou Portugal)
Manage the communication between Manitou Portugal  and Global IT teams 
Participate in the ERP Core Model deployment for other countries  (Benelux, Germany, UK..)
Profile :
Can you be part of the VIE program?
Are you fluent in Portuguese, French and English ?
Do you have a strong interest for building & defining business process 
Are you curious and would like to learn more?
Are you able to liaise and coordinate between local teams (in Portugal) and Global IT teams (in France) in areas such as: procedure description, implementation, training, and go-live follow-up?
Have you studied Business, Management or Information Technology ?
Do you have any background working on projects?

This position is to be filled in VIE contract for a period of 18 months as soon as possible. Our office is located only 20 minutes out of Lisbon.
