The mission consists in developing the RTW and Shoes business, in accordance to Budget and Strategy; it implies to propose relevant actions to grow sales and to become a key interlocutor to stores.
 
Main responsibilities include :
DRIVE RTW & Shoes BUSINESS
- Define seasonal sales plan and objectives
- Follow up sales on weekly basis and liaise with stores to meet their specific needs
- Control delivery, optimize stock allocation by product/store
- Analyze performances, by product/store, propose corrective actions, identify growth opportunites
- Coordinate actions with VM, Training, Clienteling, Digital, Planner
- Prepare weekly, monthly, seasonal reports
- Provide feedback and influence Central Merchansing/Mkg teams to adjust offer to market needs
 
TRAINING & COACHING
- Prepare and execute Collection Trainings
- During the season, provide feed-back to RM and SM about their performances
- Support teams in store by strong field presence :
- Performance analysis
- Propose and test solutions
- Get feed back from team
 
BUYING
- Contribute to define a buying strategy
- Prepare all necessary sales reports by activity and by segment/stores.
- Propose a purchasing plan by activity and segment/store: mix, value, qty, nb references, depth
- Process orders : assortment by cluster/store , enter data in systems, prepare buying reviews

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Business School (minimum Bac + 5)
- 7/8 years as buyer or merchandiser
- Experience in RTW prefered, luxury or designer
 
SKILLS & PROFILE
- Efficient, rigorous, precise
- Analytical skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Leadership but approachable, able to communicate warmly with stores
- Client oriented, at ease on the floor, able to create a close relationship with teams
- Highly developed computer skills with Excel expertise
 
      LANGUAGES
- French and English fluent
