Purpose of the job:
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories in your stores.
 
Responsibilities:
- Set up of collections in the boutiques according to the central visual merchandising guidelines
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with store Management
- Work closely with the Central Retail Merchandising department to align the visual merchandising guidelines with the merchandise available in the boutiques
- Ensure the follow up of the visual merchandising with pictures, feedbacks and recommendations
- Train the sales team to respect the visual merchandising rules through a VM ambassador in charge of the weekly follow up of the visual merchandising
- Organize new store openings and accompany retail teams
- Ensure competitive intelligence

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
- Master's degree, business school or VM academic background or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (ideally in the luxury industry)
- Knowledge of retail preferably in Fashion
- Organized, proactive, agile, minutious
- Pack office, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Fluent in English. German and French would be an asset.
