PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Provide clerical and sales administrative support to brands
- Perform shipment declaration and arrangement
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
General Order Processing:
- Follow up on sales order
- Provide general administration to support the team
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Stock Take:
- Assist counters and warehouse stock takes
Shipment:
- Co-ordinate import and export shipment from overseas and local suppliers
- Handle customs declarations through Trade Link

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- High Diploma qualification with at least 2 years working experience in order processing, import and re-export arrangement
- Proficient in MS applications (Power point, Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Familiar with order processing, import and re-export arrangement
- Data entry (English) at least 40 words per min
- Handle customs declarations through Trade Link
