Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for inspirational and people focused leader to work in their state of the art Client Service Center in Irving. Working in this dynamic and vibrant call center environment you will have a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business. As part of this fast paced and multifaceted role you will optimize the Client Service Center performance, ensuring your team delivers a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively while also ensuring that all sales and KPI targets are achieved.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
As a Team Manager within this environment, you will motivate, coach and develop a large team while ensuring the appropriate management follow-up on all daily operations & tasks with the ultimate goal to develop loyalty amongst clients and promote the brand of Louis Vuitton.
With extensive people management skills gained within a commercially driven and customer centric environment, you should be passionate about customer services and team development while also thrive working within a fast paced and evolving international business environment.  In this role you should be able to thrive in a call center environment with retail knowledge and ability to drive KPI's.
This role will suit individuals who are capable of thriving in a dynamic and flourishing work environment. Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center's clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in order to meet the demands of the industry.
