Accountabilities:
>  Responsible for the overall stock level, obsolescence, write off, assortment
>  Coordinating with supply chain and customer service to ensure optimum stock levels availability and to appropriately manage fast moving stock levels
>  Responsible for the stock planning Budget, forecasting and supporting the 3YP
>  Monitoring product movement paying attention to slower and faster moving products
>  Cooperates with supply chain teams in order to review the alignment between supply planning and finance planning
>  Cooperates with supply chain teams in order to evaluate stock impact on new launches, buy back, assortment changes
>  Point of contact and key business partner for all Inventory (P&L and Balance Sheet) related month end closing activities and ongoing processes and queries for the perfume business
>  Proactive approach for driving efficiency/saving/WC on the stock controlling activities

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
>  Previous inventory control experience appreciated
>  Analytical experience
>  IT SKILLS: Ms Office, Excellent ERP & Excel. Macro is plus
>  (Newly) Qualified accountant preferred
>  Good communication skills
>  Fluent in English, Italian or French an advantage
>  The position may require monthly business trip to Italy (circa 2 days p/m)
