LVMH - Social Media Project Manager

The Social Media Project Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of specific social media projects, including editorial, paid and analytical aspects. Louis Vuitton social networks include Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat, Linked In, Google Plus, Wechat, Weibo, Youku and Weibo.
For each project, the Social Media Project Manager will be responsible for:
Editorial Planning
- Developing detailed editorial calendar in coordination with internal and external teams, keeping in line with the global strategy
- Managing content related to the project, including recommending formats or creative treatments, briefing creative agencies and managing production, and recovering, reformatting and testing assets
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to execute publications across social networks on a global and local level
Paid Media
- Developing detailed paid media plans for the project in line with global strategies
- Managing content production for paid social formats
- Briefing media agencies and managing execution of the media plan
- Managing daily optimization of paid media plans with internal and external input
- Developing guidelines for local investments and coordinating with local teams for execution
- Consolidating paid media data on each campaign from agencies
- Consolidating editorial and paid data for analysis (global + local data)
- Creating detailed project reports and analyzing project KPIs
- Benchmarking brand performance against competitors
- Coordinating with internal and external teams for consolidated executive reports
- Organizing and coordinating administrative documents
- Staying within set budgets and preparing invoices
The Social Media Project Manager's responsibilities also include:
- Managing internal and external social tools (Sprinklr, Curalate, Social Platforms, etc)
- Managing external partner relationships (Platforms, Agencies, etc)
- Staying up to date on social media news and coordinating with external social media partners
- Accompanying internal teams in social media integration on various House projects (Press, Performance, Events, Marketing, etc)
Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
- BAC+5 or Master in Communication and/or Business
- 2-4 years' experience working in social media, digital marketing, digital media and/or e-commerce environments with a focus on digital strategy
- Global brand experience preferred with fashion/luxury brand knowledge with a passion for digital innovation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute paid social media campaigns across all networks
- Understanding of how to leverage and amplify messaging with social media and leverage the e-commerce landscape
- Exceptional project management, multi-tasking and analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics
- Ability to analyze data, websites and digital engagement strategies and make recommendations for optimization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and international teams as well as external vendors and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
- Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment
- Ability to "dive in", manage details and a "get it done" while under pressure
