About the Dior Retail Trainee Program
Christian Dior Couture's Retail Trainee Manager program is dedicated to identify and develop our future leaders.
Over a period of 2 years the program aims to prepare trainees for a managerial position, primarily within the retail function locally or abroad.
We welcome applications from high potential candidates who will either be recent graduates, or have a professional background; they will demonstrate passion, a client centric approach, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership.
Whilst a Dior Retail Trainee your professional development will be supported through special initiatives which will look to enable you to grow and reveal your full potential with a focus on three main capabilities: sales skills, boutique management and people management and leadership.
Mission
On a daily basis your main mission will be:
- To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times;
- To develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales;
- To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions;
- To introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets;
- To deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary;
- To ensure a knowledge of sales targets and department/boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis;
- To follow all stock management procedures;
- To support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department;
- To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures;
- To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store;
- To take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft;
- To ensure that the Department operates in accordance with the Company's administration systems and procedures so as to minimise losses;
- To participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution;
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
Profile
- Graduate within a relevant field: Marketing, Finance or Business Management
- Retail experience through either an internship or a contract
- Good understanding and appreciation of the luxury market
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for Christian Dior Couture and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in French and English
- A third language is a plus
