The Product Manager is responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation of Dior through implementation of International Marketing Strategy. Responsible for analyzing the specificities of the local competitive environment and clients to fine-tune the international strategy for local implementation.
 
Main responsibilities :
 
Fine-tuning international strategy to local environment:
- Analyze competitive environment (retail, competitors, clients)
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out
- Identify SWOT (Dior and competition)
- Develop local action plan
 
Operational marketing follow-up:
- Benchmarking and forecasting (financial and logistic)
- 360 degree launch plan development and execution
- Expenses and budget forecasting and follow-up
- Coordination internal and external stakeholders (clients, headquarters, suppliers)
- Operational activity planning
- Tools development and production
 
Reporting:
- Monthly market analysis
- Launch updates
- Internal newsletters
 
Representation:
- Brand events (Client, PR, Training)

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years

- Education: Business school / Master
- Field: Business
- First experience in marketing requested
- Experience in beauty is a plus

- Knowledge of the Dutch is a plus
- Social skills: energetic, sociable, communicative
- Affinity: lifestyle and luxury
