POSITION SUMMARY
This position delivers product training programs that allow TAG Heuer to create a fleet of TAG Heuer "experts" at the retail level. The Trainer will train TAG Heuer wholesale account executives, wholesale partner retail sales associates, and retail sales associates in TAG Heuer company-owned stores.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
>  Conducts training programs for retail sales teams, internal teams and "train-the-trainer" applications. Adapts training content to the needs of the region based on global content provided by TAG Heuer headquarters
>  Schedules and manages logistics for all trainings
>  Efficiently manages annual training requirements and requests with a sensitivity to available bandwidth
>  Coordinates selection of local candidates for HQ-based trainings
>  Administrative management of e-learning platform: e-learning analysis, generating reports, liaising with wholesale account executives regarding program completions in their region, etc.
>  Budget administration: generates purchase orders in SAP for approved projects, processes invoices
>  Travel up to 80% throughout the United States and Canada

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
>  6
- 9 years of retail training experience
>  Ability to travel 70%
>  Proven ability to adeptly prioritize, organize and then manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow through
>  Ability to work well with others as well as independently with minimal supervision
>  Capacity to take a "hands-on" approach to ensure deliverables
>  Good sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
>  4 year college degree strongly preferred
>  Expertise with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
>  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
>  Excellent presentation skills
