The Learning and Development Team supports the development of our talents from all the brands under LVMH. As a key member of the HK based Learning & Development team, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager
- Learning & Development. Scope of responsibilities will include:
Handling all training coordination and logistics matters for the LVMH training curriculum in Hong Kong from planning to evaluation. Key tasks include:
- planning and scheduling enrollment
- monitoring training venue
- sourcing logistics communication with multiple parties (hotels, trainers, participants, HRs, etc)
- pre-training preparation
- on-site training support
- post-training follow up
- manage Learning Management System
- invoices and training cost recharge process
- handling & supporting new program development
Other duties include:
- Workshop design and implementation for LVMH Induction seminars
- Monthly reports and monitor L&D cost
- Support the development of the employees of the LVMH Corporate office
- Drive internal marketing communication for all LVMH learning and development programs
- Act as the regional coordinator for the Hong Kong, China and Singapore team
- Assist in HR initiatives and/or ad-hoc projects
Desired profile
Experience required : Beginner
- Bachelor degree holder
- 1-3 years of related experiences with proven track record in managing learning and development curriculum (ideally in a high training volume environment)
- Passionate about developing your career in learning and people development
- Fluent in English. (Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage)
- Relevant experience with multinational organizations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate independently under pressure
- Detail-oriented, well organized and flexible
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
