Training Path
The candidate will be involved in these following activities:
Supporting and monitoring Customer Care organization:
- Liaise with external suppliers and relevant internal contacts in order to find the needed information to formulate ad-hoc responses and follow up on escalated cases
- Review and periodically update the Customer Care tools and templates used across the Regions to improve clarity in communication, effectiveness and consistency at WW level
- Monitor the quality of the responses provided, suggesting improvements when needed
- Manage potential system issues that might prevent the Customer Care teams to reply to clients inquiries promptly
 
First management of customer enquiries:
- Reply to customer enquiries according to guidelines
- Coordinate with other functions for managing complex requests
 
Support CRM team in the following activities:
- Develop drafts for internal documents

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Beginner
- Degree in Business Administration/Communication/Languages
- Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Ms Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
- Ability to team-work under pressure
- Highly proactive, problem-solver and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A prior experience in Retail or Customer Care roles will be considered a plus
