The HR Intern will have the opportunity to handle end-to-end specific projects for the HR department that will contribute directly to the growth of our expanding organization, with the core intention of consistently improving our employee experience. This internship will play important role in helping the HR team move our needle and positioning.
The HR Intern will be responsible for owning end-to-end projects in the three areas:
 
New Hire Onboarding Experience:
- First Day Welcome Experience
- Fresh Office Experience & Assimilation
- Fresh Family Welcome
- Org Familiarization
- LVMH Familiarization
- ComEx Familiarization
- Intranet Navigation, Tools & Docs
- Neighborhood Assimilation
- Store Experience
Internal Communications:
- Identify the pillars of Fresh Update Inbox
- Help create consistency in HR's storytelling across all channels
- Email, Policy, Handbook, Intranet, Announcements
- Employer Branding
- help launch the communication for:
- EE Handbook Revision
- Policy Revision & Introduction
Talent Acquisition and Management: 
- Obtain a strong understanding and familiarization of Fresh's leadership and team dynamics
- Brainstorm with talent acquisition team on "hot jobs" and researching candidate profiles on social networks that will be potentially a great fit for these roles
- Create a week by week intern program template inclusive of social gatherings and progressive industry, company and functional learning objectives

Desired profile

Experience required : Beginner
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
- Currently obtaining Bachelor's or Master's Degree Psychology (Industrial Psychology), Education/Teaching, Politics, Communications, Marketing, English
- People focused. Able to quickly & organically build strong relationships at all levels cross functionally
- Insatiable curiosity for the business. Obsession to understand business priorities and how we in HR support these priorities through our talent.
- Passion for HR
- Education or previous HR experience preferred
- Focus on TA and Talent Management  
- Strong organizational and time management skills
