CREATIVE TALENTS MANAGEMENT INTERN
Within the Human Resources Department of the Fashion Group, which is in charge of defining organizational strategies and their implementation, you work on different assignments in an international context, with the objective of developing the sourcing and supporting the recruitment and development of creative talents for the Fashion Group brands.
Recruitment:
- Monthly coordination with Fashion Group Brands HR teams for the creative searches reportings
- Database update and management (internal /external candidates & meetings)
- Follow up of spontaneous applications
- Recruitment of the future creative talents scouting intern
Fashion schools:
- Realisation of a survey on the best Product schools in EU
Research:
- Research of information and news (in web, shop, press,…) in fashion, art, architecture, design,…
- Support in new brands-hunting and travels organization during Fashion Week (catwalks, showrooms, events,…)
Projects Fashion Group:
- Realization of research books corresponding to the needs
- Assist with according data analysis
- Coordination with external fashion film-producer and all LVMH Fashion Group Press Offices to update the Internal Fashion Group Film (communicating the identity of our brands)

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
Requirements:
- Mid-term or end-school internship officially sponsored by the school with a “Convention de stage”
- To be fluent in French and English, written, read and spoken is a must.
- Very Strong Microsoft suite sills: Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- You have a previous working experience / internship in Fashion, Architecture, Design, Art, …
Rigorous and organized, with a spontaneous interest for research, you are ready to commit and engage in different missions in which you will demonstrate reactivity, dynamism and curiosity.
During your internship you will show a positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude to work.
