As part of the development of online luxury fashion activities, LVMH is looking for a seller specialized in high end Ready to wear / Beauty / Leather Goods / Accessories to manage relationships with our customers through phone, email and other conversational channels.
He/she will be an advocate of our brand in interacting and connecting with our prospects and customers.

OPERATIONAL
Incoming contact
Answer before sale / sale / after sale queries: over the phone / by email / through conversational channels / on social networks / through live and video chat
Outbound Campaign Contacts 
Pro-actively develop and cultivate your customers portfolio.
Daily Run
- Fraud Management
- Support customer care process and templates improvements and translations
His/her goal in the customer care team is to develop clienteling and gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy.

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
You have excellent English and French written and oral communication skills and are empathetic and adapting to your audience.
You are an expert in high end Ready to wear / Beauty / Leather Goods / Accessories and have spent at least 2 years in this field.
You feel a profound link with Fashion and the Luxury industry.
You have a positive, customer oriented and good multitasking attitude.
