For our store in Prague, we are currently looking for a full-time
CLIENT ADVISOR via Telephone (M/F).
You will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need while offering the most luxurious Client experience via Telephone. You will proactively elevate the Client experience in order to achieve individual and team goals.
Your main tasks will include:
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience via Telephone
- Engage with your Client with an empathetic, calm and competent approach, always striving for the most optimal solution for each individual case
- Advise Clients across the Brand's outstanding product craftsmanship and After Sales Service
- Anticipate client questions or potential complaint situations by proactively reaching out to the clients on repair lead, cost or any other issue
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Your Profile:
- Taking responsibility and ownership
- Ability to develop & maintain relationships on a long-distance (via Telephone) with our clients
- Strong customer empathy, customer service skills and strong communication skills
- Proactive and solution oriented thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills in Czech and English
