- Ensure clients receive a warm genuine welcome to Maison Louis Vuitton.
- Get to know the client; listen to them & find out about the reasons for their visit.
- Create a desire for Louis Vuitton by providing information on our craftsmanship and savoir faire.
- Share your passion for Louis Vuitton.
- Propose products meeting the profile of the client; adapt the offer based on full and proper product knowledge.
Offer the Louis Vuitton touch, through after sales service, hot stamping etc.
- Show the client you value them, reinforce ties and build up relationships for the future.
Help the customer to elicit a decision and present complimentary (cross selling) items.
- Create a lasting impression
- invite client to leave contact details.
- Report client feedback to the sales manager.
Experience required : Minimum 2 years
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is a very big advantage.
- University education preferred but professional experience / potential also relevant.
- Previous experience in a luxury client focused environment a strong plus.
- For career development an ability to move geographically may be required.
