Reporting to the EMEI CFO, the Business Planning & Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning process (Budget, revisions), the management control activities and the reporting function for the Region.
Main Responsibilities
- Monthly closing (P&L, balance sheet, additional info) coordination, IFRS reporting and variance analysis
- Margins analysis & stock monitoring
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare business plans for store opening approval
- Capex reporting and monitoring
- Periodical opex review with the business managers
- Sales monitoring, KPI's definition and analysis
- Support the Retail Management in business analysis, store opening evaluation, sales forecasting, sales target definition and monitoring
- Support in the OTB preparation and validation
- Support in the definition and monitoring of the Transfer Pricing policy

Profilo richiesto

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Fluent in Italian, English and French;
- Experience of 4-5 years in the role, familiarity with the Fashion industry;
- Advanced Excel and good knowledge of Power Point;
- Experience with corporate ERP (SAP) and reporting systems (Syrus);
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing the different tasks;
- High level of detail orientation as well as strong analytical and accounting skills;
- Motivated, independent, strong work ethic, problem solving attitude, team player and motivator;
- Precision, strong commitment and high energy;
- Ability to team-work under pressure and to deal with tight deadlines.
